সৌভিক মুখার্জী, কলকাতা: দুবাই মানেই অনেকের কাছে স্বপ্নের জায়গা। বুর্জ খলিফা থেকে শুরু করে একের পর এক রেকর্ড ব্রেকিং অট্টালিকা স্থাপনা রয়েছে এখানে। এবার সেই তালিকায় যুক্ত হতে চলেছে বিশ্বের সবথেকে উঁচু হোটেল (Tallest Hotel) ‘সিয়েল দুবাই মারিনা’। প্রসঙ্গত এই হোটেল শুধুমাত্র উচ্চতার দিক থেকে নয়, বরং নকশা আর বিলাসিতার দিক থেকেও এক নতুন মাইলস্টোন। জানা গিয়েছে, চলতি বছরের নভেম্বর মাসেই দরজা খোলা হবে এই বিলাসবহুল হোটেলের।

কতটা উঁচু এই হোটেল?

জানিয়ে রাখি, বর্তমানে বিশ্বের সর্বোচ্চ হোটেল হল দুবাইয়ের গেভোরা হোটেল, যার উচ্চতা 356 মিটার। তবে এবার সেটিকে পিছনে ফেলে 377 মিটার উঁচু এই ‘সিয়েল দুবাই মারিনা’ হোটেল তালিকার শীর্ষে নাম লেখাল। হোটেলটিতে মোট 82 তলা থাকবে, আর 1004 টি রুম রয়েছে। পাশাপাশি হোটেলটির ডিজাইন করেছে আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে খ্যাত NORR গ্রুপ এবং নির্মাণ করেছে চায়না রেলওয়ে 18 তম ব্যুরো গ্রুপ।

কী বিশেষত্ব রয়েছে এই হোটেলের?

প্রথমত, এই হোটেলটিতে রয়েছে 12 তলার একটি বিশাল আট্রিয়াম স্কাই গার্ডেন। দ্বিতীয়ত রয়েছে 1158 ফুট উচ্চতায় স্কাই রেস্টুরেন্ট। তৃতীয়ত রয়েছে 1004 ফুট ওপরে পৃথিবীর সর্বোচ্চ সুইমিং পুল। এছাড়া আটটি ভিন্ন ধরনের ডাইনিং ভেন্যু এবং প্রতিটি রুমেই রয়েছে ফ্লোর-টু-সিলিং উইন্ডো। আর এখান থেকে পাম জুমেইরা ও আরব সাগরের মনোরম দৃশ্য উপভোগ করা যাবে। এর সঙ্গে থাকবে দুবাই মারিনা বোর্ডওয়ার্কের সরাসরি সংযোগ, ওয়াটার ট্যাক্সি, দুবাই মারিনা মল এবং শহরের ট্রাম ও মেট্রো যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা।

এই হোটেল বানাতে কত খরচ হয়েছে?

জানা যাচ্ছে, এই গোটা হোটেলটি তৈরি করতে খরচ হয়েছে প্রায় 544 মিলিয়ন মার্কিন ডলার, যা ভারতের মুদ্রায় যাচ্ছে 4803 কোটি টাকা। আর এই হোটেলটির দায়িত্বে থাকবে The First Group Hospitality।

তবে এক্ষেত্রে জেনে রাখা ভালো, যদি কেউ এই হোটেলে থাকতে চায়, সেক্ষেত্রে খরচও কিন্তু খুব একটা কম নয়। কারণ সাধারণ ডিলাক্স স্যুইট অর্থাৎ দুজনের জন্য এখানে 24 ঘন্টায় 2400 দিরহাম খরচ করতে হবে, যা ভারতীয় মুদ্রায় দাঁড়াচ্ছে 57,690 টাকা। আর যদি থ্রি-বেডরুম স্যুইট চান, তাহলে প্রায় 4305 দিরহাম খরচ করতে হবে, যা ভারতের মুদ্রায় 1,03,481 টাকা।
