২৯০ কোটি খরচ, সস্তায় মিলবে ফ্ল্যাট! নিন্মবিত্তদের ‘নিজন্ন ও সুজন্ন’ ঘোষণা মমতার

সৌভিক মুখার্জী, কলকাতা: স্বপ্নের ঘর শুধুমাত্র বড় লোকদের জন্য নয়, তা আবারও প্রমাণ করলেন মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় (Mamata Banerjee)। হ্যাঁ, কলকাতার বুকে নিউটাউনের মাটিতে বুধবার উদ্বোধন হলো রাজ্যের দুই অত্যাধুনিক হাউস প্রকল্প নিজন্ন ও সুজন্ন। আর এই প্রকল্পের মূল লক্ষ্য নিন্মবিত্ত ও মধ্যবিত্ত মানুষদের মাথার উপর পাকাপোক্ত ছাদ তুলে দেওয়া।

কী রয়েছে এই নিজন্ন ও সুজন্নতে?

রিপোর্ট অনুযায়ী, নিজন্ন 300 থেকে 410 স্কোয়ার ফিটের 1BHK ফ্ল্যাট, আর সুজন্ন 620 থেকে 730 স্কোয়ার ফিটের 2BHK ফ্ল্যাট। এই দুই হাউজিং স্কিম মিলিয়ে মোট ফ্ল্যাটের সংখ্যা 1210টি, যা বাজার দরের তুলনায় অনেকটাই সস্তায় মিলছে।

তবে লটারির মাধ্যমে বরাদ্দ হবে এই ফ্ল্যাট। পাশাপাশি ফুড কোর্ট, ক্যাফেটেরিয়া, পার্ক, মর্নিং ওয়াক জোন সবকিছুই মিলবে এই ফ্ল্যাটে। এমনকি রাজারহাটে ছোটদের জন্য থাকছে আলাদা পার্ক তরন্ন এবং বিশাল মাল্টিলেভেল পার্কিং লট সুসম্পন্ন। আর এই প্রকল্প নির্মাণে খরচ হয়েছে মোটামুটি 290 কোটি টাকা, যেখানে রাজ্য সরকার বিনামূল্যে 7 একর জমি দান করেছে। অর্থাৎ, মাথায় ছাদের স্বপ্ন আর স্বপ্ন থাকছে না, বাস্তবে পরিণত হচ্ছে।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর বার্তা

মঞ্চে উঠে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় একদিকে আবাসনের প্রশংসায় মুখর হয়েছেন, আবার অন্যদিকে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের বঞ্চনার রাজনীতির বিরুদ্ধে সরব হয়েছেন। তিনি জানিয়েছেন, বাংলা হাউসিং প্রকল্পে ইতিমধ্যেই আমরা 45 লক্ষ বাড়ি নির্মাণ করেছি। কেন্দ্র টাকা না দিলেও আমরা থেমে থাকিনি, আর থামবোও না। এই প্রকল্প বাংলার গরিব থেকে শুরু করে পরিশ্রমী মানুষের জন্য। কারোর দয়ায় নয়, বরং নিজেদের অর্থেই আমরা এই প্রকল্প চালাচ্ছি।

আর এই কথার মধ্যেই তার স্পষ্ট ইঙ্গিত যে, তিনি কেন্দ্র সরকারকে কটাক্ষ করতে ছাড়ছেন না। মমতা বলেন, বাংলায় বাড়ি প্রকল্প বা অন্য আবাসন যোজনার জন্য কেন্দ্র সরকার প্রায় কোনোরকম সহযোগিতায় করছে না। অথচ রাজ্য সরকার একাই নিজস্ব তহবিল থেকে এই প্রকল্পের অর্থ বরাদ্দ করছে সাধারণ মানুষের স্বপ্ন পূরণ করার জন্য।
