সৌভিক মুখার্জী, কলকাতা: হাইওয়েতে যাতায়াতকারীদের জন্য এবার বিরাট সুখবর। কারণ জাতীয় সড়ক নিগম সংস্থা স্বাধীনতা দিবস থেকেই চালু করেছে FASTag Annual Pass। আর এটি একবার নিলেই সারা বছর টোল প্লাজায় দাঁড়ানোর ঝামেলা পোহাতে হবে না। তবে আজকের প্রতিবেদনে আমরা জানব, কীভাবে এই FASTag Annual Pass অ্যাক্টিভেট করবেন এবং পশ্চিমবঙ্গের কোন কোন টোল প্লাজায় এই অ্যানুয়াল পাস কার্যকর হবে।

কী এই FASTag Annual Pass?

জানিয়ে রাখি, FASTag Annual Pass পরিষেবাটি মূলত সাবস্ক্রিপশন ভিত্তিক। অর্থাৎ, গাড়ির মালিকরা এটি একবার নির্দিষ্ট বার্ষিক ফি দিলেই জাতীয় সড়ক বা এক্সপ্রেসওয়েতে গোটা 1 বছর বা 200টি টোল প্লাজা সম্পূর্ণ ঝঞ্ঝাটমুক্তভাবে এড়াতে পারবে।

এক্ষেত্রে উল্লেখ্য, এই অ্যানুয়াল পাস কেনার জন্য বছরে 3000 টাকা খরচ হবে। তবে এও বলে রাখি, শুধুমাত্র প্রাইভেট গাড়ি অর্থাৎ কার, জিপ বা ভ্যানের ক্ষেত্রেই এই অ্যানুয়াল পাস প্রযোজ্য হবে। বাণিজ্যিক যানবাহনের ক্ষেত্রে এই সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য নয়। 

আবেদন কীভাবে করবেন?

FASTag Annual Pass নেওয়ার জন্য NHAI-এর অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটে গিয়ে আবেদন করা যায়। পাশাপাশি চাইলে Rajmargyatra মোবাইল অ্যাপ থেকেও আবেদন করতে পারবেন। আর আবেদন করে টাকা দেওয়ার পর মাত্র দুই ঘন্টার মধ্যেই এই পাস অ্যাক্টিভেট হয়ে যাবে।
