বিক্রম ব্যানার্জী, কলকাতা: ইনভেস্টর সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা নিয়ে একটানা দীর্ঘ সময় ভুগেছে শহরের ঐতিহ্যবাহী দল মহামেডান স্পোর্টিং (Mohammedan SC)। এই সমস্যা কাটাতে শেষ পর্যন্ত রাজ্যের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের দ্বারস্থ হয়েছিল তারা। শেষ বেলায় সাহারা হলেন তিনিই। মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর উদ্যোগেই এবার স্পন্সর পেতে চলেছে সাদা কালো ব্রিগেড। এ নিয়ে বুধবার ক্লাবের অন্দরে ইন্ডিয়ান সুপার লিগ সংক্রান্ত বৈঠকের পরই ইনভেস্টর সংক্রান্ত জটিলতা কাটতে চলেছে বলেই জানান মহামেডান কর্তারা।
মহামেডানের দায়িত্ব নিচ্ছে নতুন সংস্থা
ইন্ডিয়ান সুপার লিগ নিয়ে চূড়ান্ত নাটকীয়তা দেখেছে ভারতীয় ফুটবল। যদিও শেষ পর্যন্ত কেন্দ্রীয় ক্রীড়া মন্ত্রীর হস্তক্ষেপে ISL আয়োজনের সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব নেয় সর্বভারতীয় ফুটবল ফেডারেশন। ইতিমধ্যেই ক্লাবগুলিকে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে আগামী 14 ফেব্রুয়ারি থেকে শুরু হবে দেশের সবচেয়ে বড় ফুটবল লিগ। ফেডারেশন জানিয়েছে, টুর্নামেন্ট আয়োজনে যে খরচ হবে তার বেশিরভাগটাই দেবে তারা। বাকি অর্থ তুলতে প্রত্যেক ক্লাবের কাছ থেকে 1 কোটি টাকা করে নেওয়া হবে। ফলে, কোটি টাকার প্রশ্নে আটকে গিয়েছিল বেশ কয়েকটি ক্লাব।
1 কোটি দিয়ে আদৌ ইন্ডিয়ান সুপার লিগে দলগুলি অংশগ্রহণ করবে কিনা তারা নিশ্চিত ছিল না। এরই মাঝে AIFF খুব পরিষ্কার হবে জানিয়ে দিয়েছে, চলতি সিজনে দলগুলিকে ISL খেলতেই হবে। অন্যথায় আসন্ন মরসুমে কঠিন শাস্তির মুখে পড়তে হবে তাদের। এমতাবস্থায় একপ্রকার বাধ্য হয়েই ইন্ডিয়ান সুপার লিগ খেলতে নামবে বলেই ঠিক করে মহামেডান। কিন্তু দেশের সর্বোচ্চ ফুটবল লিগে অংশগ্রহণের জন্য টাকা ঢালবে কোন সংস্থা? দলের খরচ বহন করবে কে? এসব উত্তর তখনও জানা ছিল না সাদা কালো ব্রিগেডের। তাই শেষ পর্যন্ত মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর শরণাপন্ন হন মহামেডান কর্তারা। এবার তিনিই বাতলে দিলেন সমাধান।

জানা যাচ্ছে, মুখ্যমন্ত্রী নিজের উদ্যোগে এবার পশ্চিমবঙ্গেরই এক সংস্থার সাথে শহরের ঐতিহ্যবাহী দলটির মধ্যস্থতা করিয়ে দিয়েছেন। সেই সংস্থাই এবছরের মতো মহামেডানের ইনভেস্টর হতে চলেছে। কোনও সুরাহা না পেয়ে শেষ পর্যন্ত মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর দ্বারস্থ হওয়া এবং সেখান থেকেই সমাধান মেলায় এদিন সংবাদ সম্মেলন করে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়কে ধন্যবাদ জানান সাদাকালো ব্রিগেডের কর্তারা। মহামেডানের সভাপতি আমিরুউদ্দিন ববি জানান, “আর কেউ নন, ইনভেস্টরের সাথে কো-অর্ডিনেশন করিয়ে দিয়েছেন খোদ মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। আমরা তাঁকে ধন্যবাদ জানাই।”
প্রসঙ্গত, এবারের মতো 20-25 কোটি টাকা বাজেট ঠিক করেছে মহামেডান। এই বিপুল অর্থের মধ্যে 12 কোটি টাকা খরচ হয়ে যাচ্ছে শুধুমাত্র গত সিজনের ব্যান তুলতে। জানা গিয়েছে, নিষেধাজ্ঞা উঠে গেলে তারপর 12 কোটি বাদ দিয়ে যে অর্থ থাকবে তা দিয়েই দল গঠনের কাজ করবে সাদা কালোরা। তবে ইস্টবেঙ্গল প্রতিবেশীর ইনভেস্টর হচ্ছে কোন সংস্থা তা জানা যায়নি। মহামেডান জানিয়েছে, আগামী 25 জানুয়ারির মধ্যে ইনভেস্টরের নাম ঘোষণা করে দেবে তারা। তারপরই শুরু হবে দলের প্র্যাকটিস।
