প্রীতি পোদ্দার, কলকাতা: বহু প্রতীক্ষা এবং তদন্তের পর অবশেষে কসবা ল’কলেজের ছাত্রীকে গণধর্ষণকাণ্ডে (Kasba Law College Case) চার্জ গঠন করা হল। প্রাক্তন TMCP নেতা তথা প্রাক্তন ছাত্র মনোজিৎ মিশ্রের বিরুদ্ধে গণধর্ষণের চার্জ গঠন করা হয়েছে। শুধু মনোজিৎ নয়, এছাড়াও ২ সঙ্গী এবং নিরাপত্তারক্ষীসহ ৪ জনের বিরুদ্ধে গণধর্ষণের ধারায় চার্জগঠন করা হয়েছে। এবার পালা বিচারপ্রক্রিয়ার।
একাধিক ধারায় মামলা দায়ের অভিযুক্তদের বিরুদ্ধে
রিপোর্ট মোতাবেক, কসবার আইন কলেজের ছাত্রীকে গণধর্ষণের মামলায় মোট ৮৩ জনকে সাক্ষী করা হয়েছে। তাঁদের আগামী ২৭ জানুয়ারি থেকে সাক্ষ্যগ্রহণ শুরু হবে। এই ঘটনায় মূল অভিযুক্ত হিসেবে উঠে এসেছে ওই কলেজের প্রাক্তন ছাত্র, তৃণমূলের ছাত্র পরিষদের নেতা মনোজিৎ মিশ্রের নাম। এছাড়াও অভিযুক্তের তালিকায় রয়েছে জায়েব আহমেদ, প্রমিত মুখোপাধ্যায় এবং নিরাপত্তারক্ষী পিনাকি বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। গণধর্ষণ-সহ নির্যাতিতাকে আটকে রেখে প্রাণে মেরে রাখার হুমকি, মোবাইল ফোনে ব্ল্যাকমেল করার জন্য রেকর্ডিং-সহ ভারতীয় ন্যায় সংহিতার একাধিক ধারায় মামলা দায়ের হয়েছে। এই চার জনকেই পুলিশ গ্রেফতার করে।
শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিরাপত্তা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন!
উল্লেখ্য, গত বছরের ২৫ জুন, কসবার আইন কলেজের মধ্যেই ছাত্র সংগঠনের প্রাক্তন নেতা মনোজিৎ মিশ্র সহ কয়েকজনের বিরুদ্ধে গণধর্ষণের অভিযোগ তুলেছিল এক ছাত্রী। ওই দৃশ্য ভিডিও করে ব্ল্যাকমেলের অভিযোগও ওঠে তাদের বিরুদ্ধে। এই ঘটনায় শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিরাপত্তা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন উঠে গিয়েছিল। পাশাপাশি, শাসকদলের ছাত্র সংগঠনের সদস্য এতে জড়িত বলেও দলের অন্দরে অসন্তোষ তৈরি হয়েছিল। যদিও সেসময়ই তৃণমূল ছাত্র পরিষদের পক্ষ থেকে সাংবাদিক বৈঠক করে অভিযুক্ত মনোজিৎ মিশ্রকে সাসপেন্ডও করা হয়েছিল। তারপরেই তদন্ত শুরু হয়েছিল।

ডিএনএ রিপোর্ট পেশ পুলিশের
কসবা-কাণ্ডের ঘটনার তদন্তে নেমে মূল অভিযুক্ত এবং নির্যাতিতার রক্তের নমুনা সংগ্রহ করেছিল কলকাতা পুলিশ। পরে সেই নমুনাগুলো ফরেন্সিক ল্যাবরেটরিতে পাঠানো হয়েছিল। তখনই DNA পরীক্ষায় দু’জনের ঘটনাস্থলে উপস্থিতির প্রমাণ মিলেছে। আর এই রিপোর্ট পুলিশ আদালতে পেশও করেছিল। সেখানে তাঁরা দাবি করেছিল যে নির্যাতিতার পোশাক থেকে সংগৃহীত রক্তের নমুনা এবং মূল অভিযুক্তের শরীরের রক্ত নমুনার ডিএনএ রিপোর্ট মিলে গিয়েছে। ধর্ষণের সময়ে মূল অভিযুক্তের গায়ে একাধিক ক্ষত সৃষ্টির কথাও তদন্তে উঠে আসে। সব অভিযোগ মিলিয়ে চার্জগঠন হয়েছে।

চার্জশিটে বলা হয়, প্রথম থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত মনোজিতের কুকীর্তির ভিডিও জায়েব ও প্রমিত গার্ডরুমের এক্সহস্ট ফ্যানের গর্ত দিয়ে দফায় দফায় তুলে রাখে। সেই ভিডিওতে এক্সহস্ট ফ্যানের পাখার অংশও দেখা গিয়েছে। সেই ভিডিওগুলির ফরেনসিক রিপোর্টও পুলিশের হাতে এসেছে আগেই। পুলিশের মতে, সেসব খতিয়ে দেখে চার্জগঠন করা হয়েছে। গতকাল অর্থাৎ বুধবার আলিপুর আদালতে এই গণধর্ষণের মামলায় চার্জগঠন সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। এ বার বিচারের পালা। আগামী ২৭ জানুয়ারি থেকে শুরু হবে বিচারপ্রক্রিয়া।
