বিক্রম ব্যানার্জী, কলকাতা: রবিবার চিনের তিয়ানজিনে অনুষ্ঠিত হতে যাওয়া 25তম সাংহাই সহযোগিতা পরিষদের বৈঠকে অংশ নেওয়ার কথা ছিল প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদির। সেই মতো শনিবারই জাপান সফর শেষ করে শি জিনপিংয়ের দেশে পা রাখলেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী (Narendra Modi China Visit)।

বলা বাহুল্য, দীর্ঘ 7 বছরের মধ্যে এই প্রথম ড্রাগনের দেশে পৌঁছলেন নরেন্দ্র মোদি। শোনা যাচ্ছে, খুব শীঘ্রই চিনে এসে পৌঁছবেন রাশিয়ার প্রেসিডেন্ট ভ্লাদিমির পুতিন, ইরানের প্রেসিডেন্ট পেজেস্কিয়ান, উত্তর কোরিয়ার নেতা কিম জং উন এমনকি তুরস্কের প্রেসিডেন্ট এরদোগানও।

 

মাথা ব্যথা বেড়েছে আমেরিকার!

আগামীকাল অর্থাৎ রবিবার এবং সোমবার চিনের তিনজিয়ানের এসসিও বৈঠকে এক হবেন চিনের প্রেসিডেন্ট জিনপিং, রাশিয়ার প্রেসিডেন্ট পুতিন, প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদি, তুরস্কেরের এরদোগান, উত্তর কোরিয়ার কিম এবং ইরানের পেজেস্কিয়ান।

বিশ্লেষকদের মতে, আমেরিকার শুল্ক যুদ্ধের আবহে ক্ষমতাশালী রাষ্ট্রপ্রধানদের একত্রিত হওয়া ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্পের মাথা ব্যাথা অনেকটাই বাড়িয়েছে। মনে করা হচ্ছে, পুরনো সমস্যা ভুলে গিয়ে আগামীকাল সাংহাই সহযোগিতা পরিষদের বৈঠকে হাতে হাত রেখে আগামী দিনে চলার মন্ত্র উচ্চারণ করবেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী মোদি সহ অন্যান্য দেশের রাষ্ট্রপ্রধানরা। আর তাতেই ক্রমশ রক্তচাপ বাড়ছে, মার্কিন শাসকের।

আসলে দ্বিতীয়বার ক্ষমতায় আসার পর হঠাৎ শুল্ক নিয়ে গাজোয়ারি দেখানো শুরু করেছেন আমেরিকার প্রেসিডেন্ট ট্রাম্প। রাশিয়া থেকে তেল কেনার শাস্তি হিসেবে ভারতের উপর 50 শতাংশ শুল্ক চাপিয়ে বড় বড় বাতেলা ঝেড়েছেন তিনি।

তাছাড়াও ট্রাম্পের শুল্ক যন্ত্রণায় প্রথম থেকেই ভুগছে চিন। সম্প্রতি ভারতকে লাল চোখ দেখানোর পাশাপাশি ড্রাগনের উপরে 200 শতাংশ শুল্ক বসানোর হুমকি দিয়েছেন মার্কিন প্রধান। আর তাতেই ক্ষেপে রয়েছে বিশ্বের একাধিক দেশ।

তালিকায় ভারত, রাশিয়া, চিন নামগুলো কিন্তু প্রথম দিকেই আসে। একই সাথে, আগামীকাল চিনের বৈঠকে যোগ দিতে যাওয়া উত্তর কোরিয়ার শাসক কিম জংয়ের সাথেও সম্পর্ক একেবারেই ভাল নয় আমেরিকার। সম্প্রতি, দক্ষিণ কোরিয়ার সাথে আমেরিকার যৌথ মহড়াকে কার্যত হুমকি হিসেবে দেখে পারমাণবিক অস্ত্রশস্ত্র বৃদ্ধির ঘোষণা দিয়েছিলেন তিনি।
