ডিম-মাছ-মাংস থেকে বেবি ফুড! অনুপ্রবেশকারীদের জন্য হোল্ডিং সেন্টারের মেনুতে কী কী?

প্রীতি পোদ্দার, কলকাতা: রাজ্যে আর থাকবে না অবৈধ বাংলাদেশি (Bangladeshi Infiltrators)! বিজেপি সরকার ক্ষমতায় আসতেই ‘থ্রি-ডি’ নীতি প্রয়োগ শুরু করলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শুভেন্দু অধিকারী (Suvendu Adhikari)। অনুপ্রবেশকারীদের ‘ডিটেক্ট, ডিলিট, ডিপোর্ট’ অর্থাৎ ওপারে পাঠিয়ে দেওয়ার কাজ শুরু হয়ে গেল। জেলায় জেলায় ডিটেনশন সেন্টারের আদলে হোল্ডিং সেন্টার (Holding Centre) তৈরির নির্দেশিকা জারি হয়েছে রাজ্য সরকারের তরফে। আর এই আবহে মালদহের হোল্ডিং সেন্টারে নেওয়া হল একাধিক এলাহী ব্যবস্থা। খাওয়াদাওয়া থেকে শুরু করে জামাকাপড় জন্য কিছুর অভাব রাখতে চাইছে না সরকার।

চারবেলা দেওয়া হচ্ছে খাবার

গতকাল অর্থাৎ বুধবার মালদহের পুলিশ সুপার অনুপম সিং বলেন, “হোল্ডিং সেন্টারে যাঁরা থাকছেন তাঁদের থাকা-খাওয়াদাওয়ার সবরকম ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে প্রশাসনের তরফ থেকে। জেলার পুলিশ প্রশাসন ও সিভিল প্রশাসন ভালো খাওয়াদাওয়ার বন্দোবস্ত করেছে। রান্নার জন্য স্বনির্ভর মহিলা গোষ্ঠীর মহিলারা নিযুক্ত। চারবেলা দেওয়া হচ্ছে খাবার। বড়দের রুটি, ভাত, মাছ, মাংস, ডিম। আর বাচ্চাদের জন্য দেওয়া হচ্ছে চারবেলা দুধ সঙ্গে বেবি ফুড। পাশাপাশি দেওয়া হয়েছে নতুন নতুন পোশাক। পাশাপাশি স্নানের জন্য সুগন্ধি সাবান, এমনকী শ্যাম্পুও দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

কড়া নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা

মালদহের পুলিশ সুপার জানিয়েছেন, হোর্ডিং সেন্টারে অবৈধভাবে সীমান্ত টপকে ভারতে ঢুকে পড়া বাংলাদেশিদের ওপার বাংলায় পুশব্যাকের আগে তাঁদের সুখ-সাচ্ছন্দ্যের কোনো অভাব রাখতে চাইছে না প্রশাসন। উল্লেখ্য, উত্তরবঙ্গে প্রথম হোল্ডিং সেন্টার গত সোমবার থেকে চালু করা হয়েছে মালদহের ইংলিশবাজার শহর লাগোয়া বাগবাড়ির চন্দনপার্কে। সেখানে নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা জোরদার করতে চারপাশে তিনজন পুলিশ আধিকারিক, এক ডজন পুলিশ কর্মী এবং একাধিক সিভিক ভলান্টিয়ার রাখা হয়েছে। এছাড়াও সেখানে বসানো হয়েছে হ্যালোজেন লাইট এবং সিসি ক্যামেরা।

প্রসঙ্গত, অনুপ্রবেশ ইস্যুতে প্রথম থেকেই তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের দিকে দিকে আঙুল তুলেছিল কেন্দ্র। ভোটের প্রচারের সময় নরেন্দ্র মোদি থেকে অমিত শাহ, এই সমস্যার কথা উল্লেখ করে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়কে তুলোধোনা করেছিলেন। আর এবার তাই রাজ্যে বিজেপি সরকার প্রতিষ্ঠিত হতেই কেন্দ্রের নীতি মেনে ‘ডিটেক্ট, ডিলিট, ডিপোর্ট’ পদ্ধতি শুরু করল শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর সরকার। এখন দেখার পরবর্তী পদক্ষেপ হিসেবে কী সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় সরকার।
