অনন্যা সরকার, কলকাতা: নতুন গাড়ি কিনবেন, কিন্তু বাজেট কম থাকায় ডাউন পেমেন্ট জোগাড় করতে নাকাল হচ্ছেন? চিন্তা নেই, মারুতি সুজুকি (Maruti Suzuki) আপনার জন্য নিয়ে এসেছে খুশির খবর। গাড়ি নির্মাতা প্রতিষ্ঠানটি এবার ছোট গাড়ি কিনতে আগ্রহী ক্রেতাদের জন্য আরডি-ব্যাকড অটো লোন (RD-backed auto loan) স্কিম নিয়ে হাজির হয়েছে। এই স্কিমটির নাম রাখা হয়েছে ‘সুরক্ষা সফর’। 

AU স্মল ফাইন্যান্স ব্যাংকের সাথে মিলে চালু প্রকল্প

মারুতি সুজুকি এইউ স্মল ফাইন্যান্স ব্যাংকের সাথে মিলে চালু করছে এই নতুন স্কিম। স্কিমটি সেই সমস্ত ব্যক্তিদের জন্য কার্যকরী হবে যারা গাড়ি তো কিনতে চান কিন্তু মোটা অঙ্কের ডাউন পেমেন্ট বা ইএমআই (EMI) নিয়ে চিন্তিত। বর্তমানে মারুতির চারটি গাড়ির জন্য এই স্কিমটি উপলব্ধ, এগুলি হল অল্টো কে১০ (Alto K10), এস-প্রেসো (S-Presso), সেলেরিও (Celerio) ও ওয়াগনার (Wagon R)। 

মারুতি সুজুকির সিনিয়র এক্সিকিউটিভ অফিসার (মার্কেটিং অ্যান্ড সেলস) পার্থ ব্যানার্জী সংবাদ মাধ্যমের একটি সাক্ষাৎকারে জানান, অটোমোবাইল ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে এই ধরনের প্রকল্প এই প্রথম। গয়নার দোকানে চালু থাকা প্রকল্পগুলি থেকে এর আইডিয়াটি নেওয়া হয়েছে। এই স্কিমের লাভ পাওয়ার জন্য গ্রাহককে সবার প্রথমে ৩ থেকে ৬ মাসের জন্য এইউ স্মল ফাইন্যান্স ব্যাংকে একটি রিকারিং ডিপোজিট (RD) অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু করতে হবে। এই অ্যাকাউন্টে তাদের প্রতি মাসে একটি নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ টাকা জমা দিতে হবে, যা গাড়ির সম্ভাব্য ইএমআই-এর প্রায় ৮০% হবে। সহজ করে বললে, যদি কারুর গাড়ির প্রত্যাশিত ইএমআই মাসিক ১০,০০০ টাকা হয়, তাহলে তাকে প্রতি মাসে আরডি-তে ৮,০০০ টাকা করে জমা দিতে হবে।

এই টিমটি সবচেয়ে ইতিবাচক দিক হলো আর ডি তে জমা হওয়া টাকা ও সুদ লোন পরিশোধে ব্যবহার করা হবে না বরং রেকারিং ডিপোজিটের মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ হলে পুরো জমা থাকাটাই গাড়ির ডাউন পেমেন্ট হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা হবে। এরপর ব্যাংক গ্রাহককে সাধারণ কার লোন দেবে এবং ইএমআই সিস্টেম চালু হবে। পার্থ ব্যানার্জী বলেছেন, এর মাধ্যমে ক্রেতা আগেই বুঝতে পারবেন যে, গাড়ির ইএমআই তার সাংসারিক বাজেটের ওপর চাপ সৃষ্টি করবে কিনা।

মারুতি সুজুকির তরফে জানানো হয়েছে যে, যেসমস্ত গ্রাহক আরডি-এর মেয়াদ পূর্ণ হওয়ার পর গাড়ির ডেলিভারি নেবেন তাদেরকে কোম্পানির ডিলার্স তার শেষ মাসের আরডি কিস্তির টাকা ফেরত দিয়ে দেবেন। তাদের এই পদক্ষেপ মধ্যবিত্ত মানুষদের গাড়ি কেনার স্বপ্নকে আরও কিছুটা সহজ করে তুলবে বলে আশা রাখছে কোম্পানি।
