প্রীতি পোদ্দার, কলকাতা: শিল্পক্ষেত্রে এবার নয়া বিনিয়োগের ইঙ্গিত, মাননীয় মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর (Suvendu Adhikari) সঙ্গে সৌজন্য সাক্ষাৎ করলেন বিশিষ্ট প্রবাসী ভারতীয় শিল্পপতি এবং ‘ইউনিভার্সাল সাকসেস এন্টারপ্রাইজেস প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড’-এর চেয়ারম্যান শ্রী প্রসুন মুখোপাধ্যায় (Prasun Mukherjee)। আজ, সোমবার মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর সঙ্গে তাঁর এই সাক্ষাৎ ঘিরে নতুন করে শিল্পমহলে নতুন আলোচনা শুরু হয়েছে। তবে কি এই রাজ্যে, নতুন শিল্প স্থাপনের সুযোগ এবং ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্যের সম্প্রসারণ নিয়ে বড় কোনো পদক্ষেপ নিতে চলেছে প্রশাসন?

প্রসূন মুখোপাধ্যায়ের সঙ্গে সাক্ষাৎ শুভেন্দুর

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী হিসেবে শুভেন্দু অধিকারী দায়িত্ব নেওয়ার পর পরই রাজ্যে শিল্পক্ষেত্রে এবং কর্মসংস্থান নিয়ে একের পর এক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পদক্ষেপ নিয়ে চলেছে বিজেপি সরকার। অর্থাৎ বিনিয়োগের সুযোগ যে সময়ের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে রাজ্যে বাড়ছে তা বেশ বোঝা যাচ্ছে। এমতাবস্থায় শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর সঙ্গে বহুজাতিক সংস্থা ‘ইউনিভার্সাল সাকসেস এন্টারপ্রাইজেস লিমিটেডে’র চেয়ারম্যান প্রসূন মুখোপাধ্যায় সাক্ষাৎ করলেন। যদিও এখনও পর্যন্ত কোনও আনুষ্ঠানিক বিনিয়োগ ঘোষণার খবর সামনে আসেনি। কিন্তু সাক্ষাৎ এর ছবি প্রকাশ্যে আসতেই সকলের ধারণা ভবিষ্যতে বড় শিল্প প্রকল্পের সম্ভাবনা হতে চলেছে রাজ্যে।

রাজ্যে শিল্প নিয়ে নয়া ভাবনা

বৈঠক শেষে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শুভেন্দু অধিকারী জানিয়েছিলেন, শিল্পপতি প্রসূন মুখোপাধ্যায়ের সঙ্গে সাক্ষাৎ অত্যন্ত আনন্দদায়ক ছিল। আশা রাখি, ভবিষ্যতে দু’পক্ষের মধ্যে ফলপ্রসূ সহযোগিতার সম্পর্ক গড়ে উঠতে পারে, যা পশ্চিমবঙ্গের শিল্প ও কর্মসংস্থানে উন্নয়নের নয়া দিগন্ত উন্মোচন করবে। এদিকে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শুভেন্দু অধিকারী এবং শিল্পপতি প্রসূন মুখোপাধ্যায়ের সাক্ষাৎকে ঘিরে বিশেষজ্ঞরা মনে করছেন, অদূর ভবিষ্যতে রাজ্যে নয়া বিনিয়োগ, শিল্পোন্নয়ন ও কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ যে সৃষ্টি হবে তা স্পষ্ট। এখন দেখার সেই পদক্ষেপ আদতে কবে হয়।

সম্প্রতি গুজরাটের দুগ্ধ সমবায় সংস্থা আমূল হাওড়ার সাঁকরাইলে বড় লগ্নি করেছে। সেখানে দেশের অন্যতম বৃহৎ দই উৎপাদন কেন্দ্র গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে। আর এই উদ্যোগে সেখানে শিল্প সংস্থান নিয়ে বেশ খুশি স্থানীয়রা। এছাড়াও হলদিয়া পেট্রোকেমিক্যালে ৬ হাজার কোটি টাকা বিনিয়োগে ফেনল ও অ্যাসিটোন উৎপাদন কেন্দ্র গড়তে চলেছে অ্যাডপার্মা প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড। অন্যদিকে পুরুলিয়ার রঘুনাথপুরে প্রতিরক্ষা সরঞ্জাম তৈরির কারখানা গড়তে জুপিটার ডিফেন্সকে প্রায় ২৫৬ একর জমি দিয়েছিল রাজ্য সরকার।
