নিষেধাজ্ঞা তুলে দেওয়া হোক! দেশ ছাড়তে চেয়ে ফের আদালতের দ্বারস্থ অভিষেক পত্নী রুজিরা

বিক্রম ব্যানার্জী, কলকাতা: রাজ্যে পালাবদল হতেই, তদন্তকারীদের স্ক্যানারে তৃণমূল সাংসদ অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের (Abhishek Banerjee) সম্পত্তি। এরই মাঝে এবার বিদেশ যাওয়ার অনুমতি চেয়ে কলকাতা হাইকোর্টের (Calcutta High Court) দ্বারস্থ হলেন অভিষেকের স্ত্রী রুজিরা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় নারুলা। আদালতের নির্দেশ ছাড়া দেশ ছাড়ার অনুমতি নেই অভিষেক পত্নীর। তাই সেই নিষেধাজ্ঞা তুলে দিয়ে নতুন করে যাতে আদালত তাঁকে বিদেশে যাওয়ার অনুমতি দেয় সেজন্যেই হাইকোর্টের শরণাপন্ন হলেন রুজিরা।

শীঘ্রই হতে পারে শুনানি

গত শুক্রবার, আদালতের অনুমতি ছাড়া দেশত্যাগের নিষেধাজ্ঞা তুলে বিদেশে যাওয়ার অনুমতি চেয়ে আদালতের দ্বারস্থ হয়েছিলেন অভিষেক ঘরণী। রুজিরার দাবি ছিল, তাঁকে বিদেশে যেতে দেওয়া হোক। জানা যাচ্ছে, এ নিয়ে কলকাতা হাইকোর্টের বিচারপতি পার্থসারথি সেনের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করা হলে আদালত অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের স্ত্রীয়ের মামলা গ্রহণ করার অনুমতি দেয়।

বলাই বাহুল্য, গত 2 মে, কলকাতা হাইকোর্টের বিচারপতি কৃষ্ণা রাও অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের স্ত্রী রুজিরাকে বিদেশে যাওয়ার অনুমতি দিয়ে দিয়েছিলেন। তবে পরবর্তীতে আদালতের অন্য আরেকটি বেঞ্চ সেই সিদ্ধান্তে হস্তক্ষেপ করে রুজিরার আদালতের নির্দেশ বা অনুমতি ছাড়া বিদেশ ভ্রমণে নিষেধাজ্ঞার জারি করে। আদালত একেবারে স্পষ্ট জানিয়ে দেয়, কোর্টের নির্দেশ না আসা পর্যন্ত রুজিরা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় দেশ ছাড়তে পারবেন না। মূলত সে কারণেই ফের সেই সিদ্ধান্তকে একপ্রকার চ্যালেঞ্জ করে আদালতের কাছে ফের বিদেশ ভ্রমণের অনুমতি চাইলেন অভিষেক পত্নী। এই মামলায় শুনানি হতে পারে আগামী শুক্রবার।

প্রসঙ্গত, সম্প্রতি বিধাননগর সাইবার থানায় দায়ের হওয়া এক মামলায় তৃণমূল সাংসদ অভিষেককে 29 জুলাই পর্যন্ত রক্ষাকবচ দিয়েছে আদালত। অর্থাৎ এই সময়ের মধ্যে অভিষেকের বিরুদ্ধে কোনও পদক্ষেপ নিতে পারবে না প্রশাসন। তাছাড়াও রাজ্য সরকারের নির্দেশে তৃণমূল নেতার সম্পত্তির উৎস খতিয়ে দেখার কাজ এখনও চলমান। এমতাবস্থায়, রুজিরার বিদেশ ভ্রমণের আবেদনের আড়ালে অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়েরও দেশ ছাড়ার বিষয়টি জড়িয়ে থাকতে পারে, এমনটাই মনে করছেন রাজনৈতিক মহলের একাংশ।
