ফের বড়সড় রেল দুর্ঘটনা, লাইনচ্যুত আলিপুরদুয়ার মহানন্দা এক্সপ্রেসের ৩টি কামরা

সহেলি মিত্র, কলকাতাঃ উৎসবের মরসুমে বড়সড় রেল দুর্ঘটনা (Train Accident) ঘটে গেল দেশে। ট্র্যাক থেকে ছিটকে গেল আলিপুরদুয়ার মহানন্দা এক্সপ্রেসের (Alipurduar Delhi Mahananda Express) একের পর এক কামরা। হ্যাঁ একদম ঠিক শুনেছেন। আজ রবিবার ভোর ৪:১০ মিনিটের দিকে বিহারের আরা জংশনে আলিপুরদুয়ার -দিল্লি রুটে চলাচল করা মহানন্দা এক্সপ্রেসের ইঞ্জিন ও জেনারেল কোচ লাইনচ্যুত হয়েছে। ঘটনাকে ঘিরে প্রবল চাঞ্চল্য ছড়িয়েছে।

বড় দুর্ঘটনার কবলে মহানন্দা এক্সপ্রেস

ট্রেন দুর্ঘটনার কারণে ব্যাহত হয়েছে রেল পরিষেবা। ইঞ্জিনসহ তিনটি কোচ লাইনচ্যুত হয়েছে বলে খবর। এদিকে দানাপুর রেলওয়ে বিভাগের অন্তর্গত দিল্লি-হাওড়া প্রধান আপ লাইনে ঘটা এই ভয়াবহ দুর্ঘটনার কারণে রেল চলাচল সম্পূর্ণভাবে ব্যাহত হয়েছে। বর্তমানে বহু ত্রে দুই থেকে চার ঘন্টা দেরিতে চলছে। এই ঘটনায় ট্রেনের রেলকর্মী ও যাত্রীদের মধ্যে আতঙ্ক ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে। রেল কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মচারীরা অবিলম্বে ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছে উদ্ধার ও ত্রাণ কার্যক্রম শুরু করেন।

যদিও এখনো অবধি কোনো হতাহতের খবর মেলেনি।শেষ পাওয়া খবর অনুযায়ী, লাইনচ্যুত বগিগুলো মেরামতের কাজ চলছে। এই ঘটনার জেরে আরা স্টেশনের ম্যানেজার এন কে রাইকে সাময়িকভাবে বরখাস্ত করা হয়েছে। মহানন্দা এক্সপ্রেস লাইনচ্যুত হওয়ায় দিল্লি-হাওড়া রুটে বিঘ্ন ঘটেছে।

বন্দে ভারত, বিভূতি এক্সপ্রেস, গান্ধী ধাম, ক্যাপিটাল এক্সপ্রেস, ইন্টারসিটি, গরিব রথ, প্যাসেঞ্জার এবং উধনা এক্সপ্রেস সহ অন্যান্য ট্রেনগুলি দেরিতে চলছেন।
