বিদেশে বসে UPI-র মাধ্যমে সহজেই ভারতে পাঠান টাকা, নতুন পরিষেবা পোস্ট অফিসের

বিক্রম ব্যানার্জী, কলকাতা: কর্মসূত্রে কাতারে (Qatar) থাকেন? এবার থেকে মাসের শেষে পরিবারে টাকা পাঠাতে গেলে আর ছোটাছুটি করতে হবে না। সমস্যার সমাধান করল ইন্ডিয়া পোস্ট। মূলত কাতার পোস্ট এবং ইন্ডিয়া পোস্ট (India Post) এর সহযোগিতায়, UPI এর মাধ্যমে এবার থেকে সহজেই সুদূর কাতারে থেকেও ভারতে পরিবার বা প্রিয়জনের অ্যাকাউন্টে পাঠাতে পারবেন প্রয়োজনীয় অর্থ। আর এই গোটা প্রক্রিয়াটি সম্পন্ন হবে অত্যন্ত দ্রুত এবং নিরাপদে। সেই মর্মে, কাতারের গ্রাহকদের স্বার্থে পোস্ট ট্রান্সফার পরিষেবা চালু করেছে ভারতীয় পোস্ট অফিস।

কাতারে বসেই ভারতে পাঠানো যাবে টাকা

UPI এর মাধ্যমে যাতে কাতারে বসে ভারতে নির্দিষ্ট ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্টে টাকা পাঠানো যায় সেজন্য বিশেষ পরিষেবা পোস্ট ট্রান্সফার চালু করেছে ভারতীয় ডাক বিভাগ। ভারতীয় পোস্ট অফিসের তরফে জানানো হয়েছে, কাতার পোস্ট, ইউনিভার্সাল পোস্টাল ইউনিয়ন এবং NCPI এর ইন্টারন্যাশনাল পেমেন্টস লিমিটেডের যৌথ প্রচেষ্টায় নতুন পরিষেবা পোস্ট ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে কাতারে বসে ভারতে থাকা বন্ধু বা প্রিয়জনকে পাঠানো যাবে টাকা।

বলাই বাহুল্য, এই প্রক্রিয়ায় কাতারের পোস্ট অফিস থেকে পোস্ট ট্রান্সফার পরিষেবার মাধ্যমে UPI এর দরুণ ভারতের ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্টে ঢুকবে টাকা। এর জন্য কাতারের পোস্ট অফিসে গিয়ে গ্রাহককে নিজেদের কাতার ID দিতে হবে। সঙ্গে যে ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্টে টাকা পাঠাতে চাইছেন সেই অ্যাকাউন্টের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য দিতে হবে। তবেই কাতার পোস্ট থেকে UPI এর মাধ্যমে সরাসরি ভারতীয় গ্রাহকের অ্যাকাউন্টে ঢুকে যাবে অর্থ।

উল্লেখ্য, সাম্প্রতিক বছরগুলিতে ক্রমশ নিজেদের উন্নত করার চেষ্টা করেছে ইন্ডিয়া পোস্ট। ডিজিটাল প্রযুক্তির সাথে জুড়ে গ্রাহকদের সুবিধার্থে নিত্য নতুন পরিষেবা লঞ্চ করছে ভারতীয় ডাক বিভাগ। বিগত দিনগুলিতে ব্যাপক সাড়া ফেলেছে ভারতীয় ডাক বিভাগের স্পিড পোস্ট পরিষেবা। তবে একাংশ এই পরিষেবা নিয়ে খুশি হলেও অনেকেই সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া হ্যান্ডেলে ইন্ডিয়া পোস্টে স্পিড পোস্ট সার্ভিস নিয়ে হতাশা প্রকাশ করেছেন।
