সহেলি মিত্র, কলকাতাঃ কবে ছুটবে বুলেট ট্রেন (Bullet Train)? এখন বেশিরভাগ দেশবাসীর এই একই প্রশ্ন। এদিকে যত সময় এগোচ্ছে ততই দ্রুত গতিতে এগোচ্ছে বুলেট ট্রেনের কাজ। ভারতীয় রেল তার দ্রুতগতির রেল নেটওয়ার্ক সম্প্রসারণের জন্য একটি নতুন ‘মিশন মোড’ কৌশল গ্রহণ করেছে। এর প্রধান উদ্দেশ্য হলো ভবিষ্যতের বুলেট ট্রেন প্রকল্পগুলির কাজ দ্রুত সম্পন্ন করা। এই কৌশলের অধীনে, কেন্দ্রীয়, রাজ্য এবং স্থানীয় সরকারের কাছ থেকে ছাড়পত্রের মতো সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় প্রকল্প অনুমোদন একত্রিত করা হবে, যার ফলে জমি অধিগ্রহণ এবং অন্যান্য বাধা দূর হবে। এই উদ্যোগটি রেলের ২.৭৮ লক্ষ কোটি টাকার বাজেটের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ।

বুলেট ট্রেন নিয়ে বড় আপডেট

রেলের নতুন কৌশলটি বিশেষত মুম্বাই-আহমেদাবাদ হাই-স্পিড রেল করিডোর থেকে প্রাপ্ত শিক্ষার উপর ভিত্তি করে তৈরি। ভারতের প্রথম বুলেট ট্রেন করিডোর এই প্রকল্পটি একটি উল্লেখযোগ্য ব্যয়-অতিরিক্ত প্রকল্প হিসেবে প্রমাণিত হয়েছে। বেড়েই চলেছে খরচ। এর আনুমানিক ব্যয় ৮৩% বৃদ্ধি পেয়ে ১.১ লক্ষ কোটি টাকা থেকে ১.৯৮ লক্ষ কোটি টাকায় পৌঁছে গিয়েছিল। এদিকে নতুন প্রকল্পগুলিতে দক্ষতা বাড়াতে এবং খরচ কমাতে, ভবিষ্যতের সমস্ত দ্রুতগতির রেললাইনের নকশা আরও তৈরি করা হবে।

রেলের এই পরিকল্পনার ফলে ট্রেনের কোচ এবং সিগন্যালিং সিস্টেমের মতো যন্ত্রাংশের সরবরাহ শৃঙ্খল শক্তিশালী হবে, যা ব্যাপক উৎপাদনকে সম্ভব করে তুলবে। এছাড়াও, নির্মাণ কাজের জন্য প্রি-কাস্ট পদ্ধতি এবং মডিউলার নির্মাণের মতো আধুনিক প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করে নির্মাণকাজের গতি বাড়ানোর পরিকল্পনা রয়েছে।

পাইপলাইনে ৭টি হাইস্পিড রেল করিডোর

সরকার দেশজুড়ে সাতটি নতুন দ্রুতগতির রেললাইন নির্মাণের উচ্চাভিলাষী পরিকল্পনা করছে, যা মুম্বাই-পুনে, পুনে-হায়দ্রাবাদ, হায়দ্রাবাদ-বেঙ্গালুরু, হায়দ্রাবাদ-চেন্নাই, চেন্নাই-বেঙ্গালুরু, দিল্লি-বারাণসী এবং বারাণসী-শিলিগুড়ির মতো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ রুটগুলিকে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করবে। এই প্রকল্পগুলির মোট ব্যয় আনুমানিক ১৬ লক্ষ কোটি টাকা ধরা হয়েছে। এই নতুন লাইনগুলি প্রায় ৪,৬৪৭ মাইল দীর্ঘ একটি দ্রুতগতির রেল নেটওয়ার্ক তৈরি করবে। নতুন করিডোরগুলির ফলে আগামী দিনে ভ্রমণ এবং অর্থনৈতিক উন্নয়নের ক্ষেত্রে আরও গতি আনবে।
