ভয়ে বালুচিস্তানের ‘স্বাধীনতা দিবস’ উদযাপনে বাধা পাকিস্তানের! কড়া নজরদারি, বন্ধ ইন্টারনেট

বিক্রম ব্যানার্জী, কলকাতা: আগেই নিজেদের স্বাধীন বলে ঘোষণা করেছিল বালুচিস্তানের (Balochistan) বাসিন্দারা। সম্প্রতি বালুচরা জানিয়ে দিয়েছিল, 11 আগস্ট তারিখটিকে বালুচিস্তানের স্বাধীনতা দিবস হিসেবে পালন করবে তারা। সেই মতোই, শুরু হয় তোরজোর। এমতাবস্থায়, সবচেয়ে বড় প্রদেশ হাতছাড়া হওয়ার ভয়ে পড়িমরি করে ময়দানে নেমে পড়েছে পাকিস্তান (Pakistan) সেনা। বালুচিস্তান জুড়ে জারি হয়েছে কারফিউ। চলছে ব্যাপক ধরপাকড়। বড় ক্ষতির আশঙ্কায় ওই প্রদেশের ইন্টারনেট পরিষেবা বন্ধ করে দিয়েছে পাক সরকার।

বালুচিস্তান হাতছাড়া করতে চাইছে না পাকিস্তান

কোনও ভাবেই বালুচিস্তানের মতো একটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রদেশ বিচ্ছিন্ন থাকুক এমনটা চাইছে না পাকিস্তান সরকার। সেই মতোই, 15 আগস্ট পর্যন্ত গোটা বালুচিস্তান জুড়ে জারি করা হয়েছে 144 ধরা। প্রদেশটিতে সেনার সংখ্যা বাড়িয়েছেন আসিম মুনির। বালুচিস্তানের জেলায় জেলায় শুরু হয়েছে অভিযান। সাধারণ বালুচ নাগরিকদের উপর অমানবিক নির্যাতন চালানোর অভিযোগ উঠছে পাকিস্তান সেনাবাহিনীর বিরুদ্ধে।

 

এদিকে পাকিস্তান সেনার এমন অমানবিক পদক্ষেপের বিরুদ্ধে পাল্টা বিবৃতি জারি করেছে বালুচিস্তান লিবারেশন আর্মির নেতা মির ইয়ার বালুচ। ওই বিবৃতিতে জানানো হয়েছে, “পাকিস্তানের দখলদার বাহিনী মানুষের মৌলিক অধিকার কেড়ে নিতে চায়। বালুচিস্তানে স্বাধীনতা দিবসের উদযাপন আটকাতে তারা 15 আগস্ট পর্যন্ত 144 ধারা জারি করেছে। তবে আমরা থামবো না। আমরা স্বাধীনতা দিবস উদযাপন করব। পাকিস্তান সেনা আমাদের আটকাতে পারবে না।”

উল্লেখ্য, এর আগে সম্প্রতি রিপাবলিক অফ বালুচিস্তান গোষ্ঠী সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় বিবৃতি জারি করে জানিয়েছিল, তাঁরা 11 আগস্ট তারিখটিকে বালুচিস্তানের স্বাধীনতা দিবস হিসেবে পালন করবে। একই সাথে আন্তর্জাতিক ক্ষেত্রে বালুচিস্তানের পাশে দাঁড়ানোর আহ্বান জানিয়েছিল তারা। বিশ্বের বাকি দেশগুলির কাছে বালুচিস্তানকে স্বাধীন রাষ্ট্রের স্বীকৃতি দেওয়ারও অনুরোধ করেছিল রিপাবলিক অফ বালুচিস্তান।
