ভারতকে ৩৬০ কিমি গতির ইভোলগা ট্রেন দেওয়ার প্রস্তাব রাশিয়ার, বদলে যাবে রেল পরিষেবা

বিক্রম ব্যানার্জী, কলকাতা: ভারতের দুঃসময়ের সঙ্গী রাশিয়া (Russia)। সেই ভ্লাদিমির পুতিনের দেশ এবার ভারতের কাছে বড় প্রস্তাব রাখল। জানা যাচ্ছে, ভারতীয় রেল ব্যবস্থার অগ্রগতি দেখে নয়া দিল্লিকে নিজেদের দ্রুতগতির ইভোলগা ট্রেন (Ivolga Train) প্রযুক্তি দেওয়ার প্রস্তাব দিল মস্কো। সম্প্রতি, INNOPROM.India ইভেন্ট চলাকালীন রাশিয়ার সংস্থা ট্রান্সমাশহোল্ডিং ইভোলগা হাই স্পিড ট্রেন প্রযুক্তি সংক্রান্ত তথ্য উপস্থাপন করে। বিশেষজ্ঞরা আশা করছেন, ভারত যদি রাশিয়ার প্রস্তাবে সাড়া দেয় এবং শেষ পর্যন্ত রাশিয়ার এই বিশেষ ট্রেন ভারতীয় রেল (Indian Railways) ব্যবস্থায় যুক্ত হয় তবে ভারত এবং রাশিয়ার মধ্যেকার সম্পর্ক আরও শক্তিশালী হবে।

জেনে নিন রাশিয়ার এই বিশেষ ট্রেনের বৈশিষ্ট্য

রাশিয়ার সংস্থা ট্রান্সমাশহোল্ডিং ভারতকে নিজেদের সবচেয়ে দ্রুতগতির যে ট্রেন প্রযুক্তি দেওয়ার প্রস্তাব রেখেছে সেই ট্রেনের গতি ঘন্টায় সর্বোচ্চ 360 কিলোমিটার। মূলত আটটি কোচ বিশিষ্ট এই ট্রেনটিতে একসাথে 642 জন যাত্রী ভ্রমণ করতে পারেন। রাশিয়ার ওই সংস্থার তরফে পাওয়া তথ্য অনুযায়ী, এই বিশেষ ট্রেনটি প্রায় 30 বছর ধরে কোনও বড় ধরনের সমস্যা ছাড়াই যাত্রী নিয়ে যাতায়াত করতে পারবে। অর্থাৎ এই ট্রেনের কার্যকাল প্রায় 30 বছর।

বলাই বাহুল্য, ভারত এবং রাশিয়ার মধ্যে রেল ক্ষেত্রে সহযোগিতা এই প্রথম নয়। পুতিনের দেশের সংস্থা ট্রান্সমাশহোল্ডিং অনেক আগে থেকেই বন্দে ভারত স্লিপার তৈরির প্রকল্পের সাথে যুক্ত। আসলে রাশিয়ার এই সংস্থার সাথে যৌথ উদ্যোগে 120টি বন্দে ভারত স্লিপার ট্রেন তৈরি করার জন্য 6.5 বিলিয়ন ডলারের একটি চুক্তি হয়েছিল ভারতের। আর সেই অভিজ্ঞতাকে কাজে লাগিয়েই এবার ভারতীয় রেল ক্ষেত্রে পুরোদমে প্রবেশ করতে চাইছে বন্ধু দেশ রাশিয়া।

বিশেষজ্ঞ মহলের অনেকই মনে করছেন, ভারতকে নতুন করে নিজেদের দ্রুতগতির ট্রেনের প্রযুক্তি হস্তান্তরের প্রস্তাব দেওয়ার মধ্য দিয়ে আগামী দিনে নতুন নতুন ট্রেন সরবরাহের পাশাপাশি প্রযুক্তি লেনদেন থেকে শুরু করে যৌথ উদ্যোগে ভবিষ্যতে অত্যাধুনিক ট্রেন তৈরির পথও খুলতে পারে। সব মিলিয়ে বলাই যায়, এই প্রস্তাব রেল খাতে ভারত এবং রাশিয়ার কৌশলগত অংশীদারিত্বকে নতুন পর্যায়ে নিয়ে যেতে পারে। আর এই উদ্যোগ সফল হলে ভারতের রেল যাত্রীরা আরও আধুনিক এবং আরামদায়ক রেল পরিষেবা পাবেন, সে কথা বলাই যায়।
