বিক্রম ব্যানার্জী, কলকাতা: সাম্প্রতিক বছরগুলির মধ্যে এই প্রথমবারের মতো ভারতকে (India) সতর্ক করল রাশিয়া (Russia)? রাশিয়া এবং ইউক্রেনের মধ্যেকার সংঘাত থামাতে বন্ধু ভ্লাদিমির পুতিনকে বারবার বুঝিয়েছেন নরেন্দ্র মোদি। এবার তা নিয়েই নাকি ভারতকে হুঁশিয়ারি দিলেন রাশিয়ার পররাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী সের্গেই ল্যাভরভ! সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় প্রকাশ্যে আসা এক ভিডিও বার্তায় তাঁকে বলতে শোনা যাচ্ছে, “ভারত শুধুমাত্র আমাদের বাণিজ্যিক অংশীদার, এর থেকে বেশি কিছু নয়। রাশিয়ার ব্যক্তিগত বিষয়ে তাদের নাক গলানো উচিত নয়।” কিন্তু এই ভাইরাল ভিডিও আদৌ কি সঠিক?

ভারতকে সতর্ক করল রাশিয়া?

সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় ভাইরাল হচ্ছে বেশ কয়েকটি ভিডিও। যেখানে রাশিয়ার পররাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী সের্গেই ল্যাভরভকে দেখা যাচ্ছে। ভিডিওটিতে পুতিনের ক্যাবিনেটের মন্ত্রীকে বলতে শোনা গিয়েছে, “ভারত শুধুমাত্র আমাদের বাণিজ্যিক অংশীদার, এর থেকে বেশি কিছু নয়! আমরা ভারতকে তেল সরবরাহ করি এবং তার বিনিময়ে ভারত আমাদের টাকা দেয়। তবে এই পেশাদার সম্পর্ক ভারতকে রাশিয়ার ব্যক্তিগত বিষয়, বিদেশ নীতি এমনকি রাশিয়া এবং ইউক্রেনের মধ্যেকার সংঘাত নিয়ে কোনও রকম উপদেশ দেওয়ার অধিকার দেয় না।”

 

ওই ভিডিওটিতে রাশিয়ার পররাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী হিসেবে দাবি করা ব্যক্তিকে আরও বলতে শোনা যায়, “আমাদের নিজস্ব বিদেশ নীতি রয়েছে, আমরা স্বাধীন রাষ্ট্র, ভারত আমাদের উপদেশ দেওয়ার কেউ নয়। তাদের শুধুমাত্র রাশিয়ার সাথে হওয়া বাণিজ্যতে মনোনিবেশ করা উচিত!” ভিডিওর ক্যাপশনে দাবি করা হয়েছে রাশিয়ার পররাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী ভারতকে এমন মন্তব্য করে সতর্ক করেছেন। যদিও ভারতে নিযুক্ত রাশিয়ার দূতাবাস একেবারে স্পষ্ট করে জানিয়ে দিয়েছে, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় ঘুরে বেড়ানো এই ভিডিওগুলো সম্পূর্ণ ভুয়ো এবং অযৌক্তিক। রাশিয়ার তরফে ভারতকে উদ্দেশ্য করে এমন কোনও বিবৃতি জারি করা হয়নি।

ভাইরাল হওয়া একটি ভিডিওর কমেন্ট বক্সেই ভারতে নিযুক্ত রাশিয়ার দূতাবাসের এক্স হ্যান্ডেল থেকে একেবারে স্পষ্ট করে জানানো হয়েছে, এটা সম্পূর্ণ আর্টিফিশিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স দিয়ে তৈরি ভিডিও। এই ধরনের ভুয়ো ভিডিও ছড়ানো বন্ধ হোক! শুধু তাই নয়, ডি ইনটেন্ট ডেটা নামক একটি ফ্যাক্ট চেক সংস্থাও আসল ভিডিও প্রকাশ করে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় ঘুরে বেড়ানো AI ভিডিওটির পর্দা ফাঁস করেছে। কূটনৈতিক মহলের কেউ কেউ মনে করছেন, ভারত এবং রাশিয়ার মধ্যেকার সম্পর্ক খারাপ করার জন্যই এই ধরনের ভিডিও ছড়াচ্ছে কিছু অসাধু লোকজন।
