শ্রমিকের অভাবে ধুঁকছে রাশিয়া, ১০ লক্ষ ভারতীয় কর্মী নিয়োগের পথে মস্কো

সৌভিক মুখার্জী, কলকাতা: ভারতীয়রা পাবে এবার রাশিয়ার (Russia) কাজ! শুনতে অবাক লাগলেও এক্কেবারে সত্যি। কারণ, রাশিয়ার শিল্পাঞ্চলগুলি এখন তীব্র শ্রমিক সংকটে ধুঁকছে। আর সেই সংকট মেটাতেই 2025 সালের শেষের মধ্যে ভারত থেকে প্রায় 10 লক্ষ দক্ষ কর্মী নিয়োগ করতে চলেছে রাশিয়া। এমনই দাবি করছে দ্য মস্কো টাইমসের এক রিপোর্ট।

কেন দরকার হল বিপুল সংখ্যক কর্মী?

আসলে রাশিয়ার একাধিক শিল্পাঞ্চলগুলি বিশেষ করে সভার্ডলোভস্ক অঞ্চলগুলি বহুদিন ধরেই দক্ষ কর্মীর অভাবে ভুগছিল। আর এই অঞ্চলটি রাশিয়ার হেভি ইন্ডাস্ট্রির মূল প্রাণকেন্দ্র। এখানেই রয়েছে বিশ্ব বিখ্যাত উরালমাশ কারখানা এবং টি-90 ট্যাঙ্ক নির্মাতা সংস্থা উরাল ওয়াগন জাভোড। 

ইউক্রেনের সঙ্গে যুদ্ধের কারণে বহু কর্মীকে রাশিয়া ইউক্রেন সীমান্তে পাঠিয়ে দিতে বাধ্য হয়েছে। অন্যদিকে নতুন প্রজন্ম আর আগের মতো শিল্প কারখানায় যোগ দিতে চাইছে না। এর ফলে শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলি শ্রমিকের অভাবে ধুঁকছে। আর এই সংকট দূর করতেই এবার ভারতের দিকে নজর দিয়েছে রাশিয়া।

কারা যাচ্ছেন রাশিয়ায়?

দ্য মস্কো টাইমসের রিপোর্ট দাবি করছে, এ বছরের শেষের মধ্যে ভারত থেকে 10 লক্ষ স্পেশালিস্ট রাশিয়ায় যাবে। সভার্ডলোভস্ক সহ একাধিক অঞ্চলে তারা কাজ করবেন বলে খবর পাওয়া গিয়েছে। এমনকি ভারতীয় কর্মীদের জন্য ইয়েকাতেরিনবুর্গে নতুন করে একটি কন্ট্রোল রুমও খোলা হচ্ছে। প্রসঙ্গত বলে রাখি, ভারতীয়দের পাশাপাশি শ্রীলঙ্কা ও উত্তর কোরিয়া থেকেও কর্মী নেওয়ার চিন্তাভাবনা করছে রাশিয়া। 

উল্লেখ্য, 2024 সাল থেকেই ভারতীয় শ্রমিকরা রাশিয়ার বিভিন্ন শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠানে বিভিন্ন কর্মসূত্রে যোগ দিয়েছে। বিশেষ করে কালিনিনগ্রাদের জা রদিনু নামের একটি ফিস প্রসেসিং কমপ্লেক্সে প্রচুর ভারতীয় কর্মী বর্তমানে নিযুক্ত রয়েছে। আর তাদের শ্রমিক সংকট এখন এতটাই তীব্র আকার ধারণ করেছে যে, কাজের জন্য দূরবর্তী অঞ্চল থেকেও কর্মী ডেকে ডেকে আনা হচ্ছে।

পরিসংখ্যান কী বলছে?

সম্প্রতি রাশিয়ার শ্রম মন্ত্রকের এক হিসাব বলছে, 2030 সালের মধ্যে দেশটিতে প্রায় 31 লক্ষ কর্মীর ঘাটতি দেখা যেতে পারে। আর সেই ঘাটতি মেটাতেই 2025 সালের শেষ নাগাদ বিদেশি দক্ষ কর্মীদের নিয়ে 1.5 গুন থেকে কোটা বাড়িয়ে 2.3 লক্ষ করার প্রস্তাব দিয়েছে রাশিয়া সরকার। এর পাশাপাশি 2024 সালে রাশিয়া তাদের বিভিন্ন শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠানে 47,000 দক্ষ কর্মী নিয়োগ করেছিল বলে জানা গিয়েছে।
