আসলে এই সাফল্যের নেপথ্যে রয়েছে Urja Bharat প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড, যা কিনা ইন্ডিয়ান অয়েল কর্পোরেশন এবং ভারত পেট্রোল রিসোর্স লিমিটেডের মাধ্যমে গঠিত একটি ৫০:৫০ যৌথ উদ্যোগ। সংস্থাটি জানিয়েছে, আবু ধাবির Onshore Block 1 এলাকার Shilife Play (XN-76) এবং Habshan Reservoir (XN-79-02S) এই দুটি স্তরে হালকা মানের অপরিশোধিত তেলের হদিশ মিলেছে।
