সহেলি মিত্র, কলকাতাঃ অবশেষে এসে গেল সেই সুখবর যেটার জন্য অপেক্ষা করছিলেন হবু শিক্ষকরা। বৃহস্পতিবার শিক্ষামন্ত্রী ব্রাত্য বসু জানালেন, দুর্গাপুজোর পর পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার ১৩,৪২১টি শিক্ষক পদে নিয়োগের (Primary Recruitment 2025) জন্য বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করবে। তিনি বলেন, উৎসবের মরশুমে রাজ্যের চাকরি প্রার্থীদের জন্য এটি সুখবর। জানিয়ে রাখি, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা পর্ষদ ২৪শে সেপ্টেম্বর শিক্ষক যোগ্যতা পরীক্ষা (TET) ২০২৩ এর ফলাফল প্রকাশ করেছে।

ব্রাত্য বসু নিজের এক্স হ্যান্ডেলে লেখেন, ‘আসন্ন শারদীয়ায় বাংলার যুবক-যুবতীদের শিক্ষক পদপ্রার্থীদের জন্য সুখবর! মাননীয় মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের উদ্যোগে ১৩,৪২১টি শূন্য পদে নিয়োগের বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করতে চলেছে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ রাজ্য প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা সংসদ! পুজোর পরেই এই নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করবে সংসদ! সকল চাকরী প্রার্থীদের জন্য রইলো আগাম শুভেচ্ছা!’ বোর্ডের একজন ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তা জানিয়েছেন, TET ২০২৩ পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণকারী ২,৭৩,১৪৭ জন প্রার্থীর মধ্যে মোট ৬,৭৫৪ জন বা ২.৪৭ শতাংশ প্রার্থী উত্তীর্ণ হয়েছেন।

২০২২ সালের টেট পরীক্ষার্থীরা, যারা পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হওয়ার পর এখনও সাক্ষাৎকারের ডাক পাননি, তারা এই মাসের শুরুতে এক বিক্ষোভের সময় বলেছিলেন যে প্রাথমিক-উচ্চ প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে ৫০,০০০ শূন্যপদ রয়েছে। যদিও শিক্ষামন্ত্রী এই দাবি প্রত্যাখ্যান করে বলেন যে বোর্ড শীঘ্রই মোট শূন্য পদ পূরণের বিষয়ে বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করবে।

নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ার নিয়মাবলি কী হবে?

বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুযায়ী, যোগ্যতা ও প্রশিক্ষণকে সর্বাধিক গুরুত্ব দিয়ে মেধা নির্ধারণ করা হবে। মোট ৫০ নম্বরের মধ্যে বিভিন্ন ধাপে প্রার্থীদের মূল্যায়ন করা হবে। যেমন

মাধ্যমিক: ৫ নম্বর
উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক: ১০ নম্বর
এনসিটিই অনুমোদিত প্রশিক্ষণ: ১৫ নম্বর
টেট: ৫ নম্বর
