বিক্রম ব্যানার্জী, কলকাতা: ছাত্র আন্দোলনের মুখে পড়ে শেষ পর্যন্ত বাংলাদেশ (Bangladesh) ছাড়ছেন শেখ হাসিনা (Sheikh Hasina)। ওপার বাংলার একের পর এক সংবাদমাধ্যমে সেই খবর প্রচারিত হচ্ছে। হাসিনার সাথে সাথে ছোট বোন শেখ রেহানাহ সহ পরিবারের বাকি সদস্যদেরও বাংলাদেশ ত্যাগ করেন। হ্যাঁ, 5 আগস্ট, 2024। দু বছর আগে আজকের দিনেই বাংলাদেশ ছাড়তে বাধ্য হয়েছিলেন হাসিনা। তাড়াহুড়োর বসে আশ্রয় নিয়েছিলেন ওপার বাংলার প্রাক্তন প্রধানমন্ত্রী।।

এক নজরে হাসিনার দেশত্যাগ

বাংলাদেশের একাধিক সংবাদমাধ্যম সূত্রে জানা গিয়েছিল, 2024 সালের 5 আগস্ট, ওপার বাংলার বঙ্গভবন থেকে বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনীর একটি হেলিকপ্টারে করে দেশ ত্যাগ করেছিলেন হাসিনা। ওপার বাংলার একাধিক সংবাদমাধ্যমের দাবি, বাংলাদেশ ছেড়ে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের উদ্দেশ্যে রওনা দিয়েছিলেন তিনি। হাসিনা একদিকে দেশ ছাড়ছেন আরেকদিকে বাংলাদেশে পরিস্থিতি ক্রমশ ভয়াবহ আকার নিচ্ছে।

পড়শি দেশের প্রাক্তন প্রধানমন্ত্রী দেশত্যাগ করার পরই তাঁর বাসভবনে ঢুকে একপ্রকার তাণ্ডব চালান ওপার বাংলার ছেলেমেয়েরা। হাসিনার প্রতি ক্ষোভ থেকে একটা পর্বে বাংলাদেশে ভেঙে ফেলা হয় তাঁর বাবা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবর রহমানের মূর্তিও। ধ্বংস করা হয় একাধিক সরকারি সম্পত্তি। এদিকে সংকট নিরসনের জন্য বিভিন্ন রাজনৈতিক দলগুলির সাথে বৈঠক করছিলেন ওপার বাংলার সেনাপ্রধান ওয়াকার-উজ-জামান। পরবর্তীতে সেনাবাহিনী গোটা দেশের দায়িত্ব নিলে নিয়ন্ত্রণে আসে পরিস্থিতি।

একাধিক সংবাদ মাধ্যমের রিপোর্ট অনুযায়ী, বাংলাদেশের প্রাক্তন প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা এবং তাঁর বোন বঙ্গভবন থেকে সেনাবাহিনীর কপ্টারে করে ভারতের উদ্দেশ্যে রওনা দেওয়ার সময় নাকি জাতির উদ্দেশ্যে  ভাষণ রেকর্ড করতে চেয়েছিলেন। তবে জানা যায়, দেশের মাটিতে দাঁড়িয়ে তা রেকর্ড করার সুযোগ পাননি হাসিনা। যদিও বর্তমানে ভারত ছেড়ে বাংলাদেশে ফিরে যাওয়ার কথা আগেই জানিয়ে দিয়েছেন হাসিনা।
