সহেলি মিত্র, কলকাতাঃ অপেক্ষার অবসান, এবার আরও একটি রুটে চলতে পারে হাইড্রোজেন ট্রেন (Hydrogen Train)। এই নিয়ে জোরকদমে প্রস্তুতি শুরু করে দিয়েছে ভারতীয় রেল বলে খবর। জানা গিয়েছে, সবকিছু ঠিকঠাক থাকলে ভবিষ্যতে হাইড্রোজেন ট্রেনটি নয়াদিল্লি স্টেশন (New Delhi Railway Station) পর্যন্ত সম্প্রসারিত হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে।

জানিয়ে রাখি, গত ১৭ই জুলাই, প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী জিন্দ থেকে সোনিপত পর্যন্ত দেশের প্রথম হাইড্রোজেন ট্রেনের যাত্রা শুরু করান। এই ৮৯-কিলোমিটার দীর্ঘ ট্র্যাকে ট্রেনটি শুক্রবার ছাড়া সপ্তাহে ছয় দিন চলে। এখন প্রতি শুক্রবার জিন্দ থেকে সবজি মান্ডি হয়ে নয়াদিল্লি এবং তারপর সোনিপত পর্যন্ত পরীক্ষামূলক যাত্রা চালানো হচ্ছে। ট্রেনটি পরিচালনা করতে প্রয়োজনীয় সময় এবং অন্যান্য আয়োজনও খতিয়ে দেখা হচ্ছে।

আলোচনা চলছে রেলের

ফলে এই আলোচনা শুরু হয়েছে যে ভবিষ্যতে জিন্দ থেকে সবজি মান্ডি, নয়াদিল্লি হয়ে সোনিপত পর্যন্ত একটি হাইড্রোজেন ট্রেন চলতে পারে। তবে, রেল কর্মকর্তারা এখনও বিষয়টি আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে কোনও ঘোষণা করেননি। তবে যদি ট্রেনটি দিল্লি অবধি পৌঁছায় তাহলে খুবই উপকৃত হবেন যাত্রীরা। এদিকে জিন্দ-সোনিপত রুটে যাত্রীর সংখ্যা কম হওয়া নিয়েও আলোচনা চলছে। যদি জিন্দ থেকে নতুন দিল্লির সবজি মান্ডি হয়ে সোনিপত পর্যন্ত একটি ট্রেন চালানো হতো, তাহলে যাত্রীর সংখ্যা বাড়তো। জিন্দ থেকে দিল্লিগামী যাত্রীর সংখ্যাও বেশি।

সময়সূচী ও রুট কী?

হাইড্রোজেন ট্রেনের রুটে পান্ডু পিন্ডারা, গোহানা, লাথ, মোহনা এবং সোনিপত স্টেশন অন্তর্ভুক্ত। ৭৪১০ এবং ৭৪০০৯ ট্রেনটি পরিষেবা প্রদান করছে। সময়সূচী সম্পর্কে বললে, ট্রেনটি প্রতিদিন সকাল ৭:৪০ মিনিটে জিন্দ থেকে ছেড়ে সকাল ৯:৪০ মিনিটে সোনিপতে পৌঁছায়। ফিরতি যাত্রায়, এটি সকাল ১০:৩০ মিনিটে সোনিপত থেকে ছেড়ে দুপুর ১:০০ মিনিটে জিন্দে পৌঁছায়। ট্রেনটি সপ্তাহে ছয় দিন চলে। এর সর্বোচ্চ গতি ৭৫ কিমি/ঘন্টা।
