সৌভিক মুখার্জী, কলকাতা: নতুন অর্থবছরের শুরুতেই মধ্যবিত্তদের পকেটে টান। একদিকে বিশ্বজুড়ে চলা যুদ্ধের অস্থিরতা, অন্যদিকে যোগান ব্যাহত হওয়ার কারণে ভারতে দিনের পর দিন জ্বালানি তেলের দাম বাড়ছে (Fuel Crisis)। সাতসকালেই বড় ঘোষণা করল ইন্ডিয়ান অয়েল কর্পোরেশন। বুধবার থেকেই রাজধানী দিল্লি সহ দেশের বিভিন্ন প্রান্তে প্রিমিয়াম পেট্রোল, বাণিজ্যিক সিলিন্ডার ও বিমানের জ্বালানির দাম একধাক্কায় অনেকটাই বাড়ানো হয়েছে (Petrol Price Hike)। কত হল নতুন রেট?

১৬০ টাকায় পৌঁছে গেল প্রিমিয়াম পেট্রোল

প্রসঙ্গত, দিল্লিতে ইন্ডিয়ান অয়েলের ১০০-অকটেন সম্পন্ন প্রিমিয়াম পেট্রোল ‘XP100’ এর দাম এবার প্রতি লিটার ১১ টাকা বাড়িয়ে ১৬০ টাকা করে দেওয়া হয়েছে। আগে দাম ছিল ১৫৯ টাকা। মূলত হাই-এন্ড গাড়ি বা সুপারবাইকের ইঞ্জিনের উন্নত পারফরমেন্সের জন্য এই পেট্রোল ব্যবহার করা হয়। পাশাপাশি এক্সট্রা গ্রিন প্রিমিয়াম ডিজেলের দাম বাড়িয়ে করা হয়েছে ৯২.৯৩ টাকা। কিন্তু সাধারণ গ্রাহকদের জন্য রয়েছে স্বস্তির খবর। কারণ, গত ২৭ মার্চ সরকারের আফগারি শুল্ক কমানোর সিদ্ধান্তের ফলে সাধারণ পেট্রোল বা ডিজেলের দাম এখনই পরিবর্তিত হবে না।

বেড়েছে বিমানের জ্বালানির দাম

সবথেকে বেশি চর্চার বিষয় ছিল বিমানের জ্বালানি বা এভিয়েশন টারবাইন ফুয়েল। সকালে দিল্লির বাজারে এটিএফ এর দাম প্রতি কিলোলিটারে ৯৬,৬৩৮ টাকা থেকে বাড়িয়ে প্রথমে ২,০৭,৩৪১ টাকা করা হয়। সেক্ষেত্রে ইতিহাসে প্রথমবার বিমানের জ্বালানি ২ লক্ষ টাকার গণ্ডি চারায়। ফলত, আকাশছোঁয়া দামের ফলে বিমান সংস্থাগুলো বিপাকে পড়ার আশঙ্কায় কয়েক ঘণ্টার মধ্যেই আবারও দাম পুনঃনির্ধারণ করা হয়। বর্তমানে ঘরোয়া বিমান সংস্থাগুলোর জন্য এই দাম কিলোলিটার প্রতি করা হয়েছে ১,০৪,৯২৭ টাকা, যা আগের থেকে ৮.৫% বৃদ্ধি।

বাণিজ্যিক সিলিন্ডারের দাম বৃদ্ধি

এদিকে গত এক মাসে বাণিজ্যিক রান্নার গ্যাসের দাম একেবারে গগনছোঁয়া হয়েছে। ১ মার্চ দিল্লিতে যে সিলিন্ডারের দাম ১৭৬৮.৫০ টাকা ছিল, বুধবার তা বেড়ে দাঁড়িয়েছ ২০১৮.৫০ টাকা। অর্থাৎ, এক মাসে দাম বেড়েছে ৩১০ টাকা। অন্যদিকে কলকাতায় বাণিজ্যিক সিলিন্ডারের দাম বেড়েছে ২১৮ টাকা। আগে যেখানে ১৮৭৫.৫০ টাকা ছিল, এখন তা ২২০০ টাকার গণ্ডি টপকে গিয়েছে। নতুন দাম দাঁড়িয়েছে ২২০৮ টাকা। এক কথায়, যুদ্ধের প্রভাবে দিনের পর দিন যে সাধারণ মানুষের পকেটের উপর চাপ পড়ছে তা বলার অপেক্ষা রাখে না।
