বিক্রম ব্যানার্জী, কলকাতা: ভারতীয় নৌসেনার হাতে আসতে চলেছে আরও 4টি শক্তিশালী রাফাল যুদ্ধবিমান। ইতিমধ্যেই সেই খবর জানিয়েছেন নৌবাহিনীর প্রধান অ্যাডমিরাল দিনেশ কে ত্রিপাঠি (Indian Navy Chief On Rafale)। জানা যাচ্ছে, গত এপ্রিলে ফ্রান্সের সাথে হওয়া যুদ্ধবিমান নিয়ে 63,000 কোটির চুক্তির আওতায় 26টি রাফাল পাওয়ার কথা ছিল ভারতের। এবার সেই চুক্তির অধীনেই 2029 সালের মধ্যে 4টি রাফাল আসতে চলেছে নৌসেনার হাতে।

রাফালের ঘোষণার সাথে সাথেই হুঙ্কার ছাড়লেন নৌসেনার প্রধান

মঙ্গলবার, বার্ষিক সাংবাদিক বৈঠকে উপস্থিত হয়ে ফ্রান্সের তরফে 4টি রাফাল পাওয়ার কথা জানানোর পাশাপাশি অপারেশন সিঁদুরের প্রসঙ্গ উল্লেখ করেন ভারতীয় নৌবাহিনীর প্রধান দীনেশ কে ত্রিপাঠি। এদিন তাঁকে বলতে শোনা গিয়েছিল, “অপারেশন সিঁদুর চলাকালীন ভারতীয় নৌসেনার আগ্রাসি পদক্ষেপ এবং বিভিন্ন রণতরী মোতায়েন করার মধ্য দিয়ে তারা নিজেদের বন্দর থেকে পাকিস্তান নৌবাহিনীকে সরে যেতে বাধ্য করে।”

এদিন ভারতীয় নৌবাহিনীর প্রধান এও বলেছিলেন, গত মে মাসে অপারেশন সিঁদুর চলাকালীন ভারতীয় নৌ-বাহিনী যেভাবে রুখে দাঁড়িয়েছিল তাতে পাকিস্তানের সেনাদের হামলা চালানোর কোনও সুযোগই ছিল না। এক কথায়, নিজের বক্তব্যের মধ্যে ভারতীয় নৌ বাহিনীর প্রধান বোঝাতে চেয়েছেন, ভারতীয় নৌসেনার দাপটের সামনে হাত গুটিয়ে বসে থাকা ছাড়া আর দ্বিতীয় কোনও বিকল্প ছিল না পাকিস্তানের!

এদিন অপারেশন সিঁদুরে পাকিস্তানের যে চরম দুর্দশা হয়েছিল সে কথাও নতুন করে স্মরণ করিয়ে দিয়েছিলেন দীনেশ কে ত্রিপাঠি। ভারতীয় নৌ বাহিনীর প্রধান বলেছিলেন, “ভারতের অপারেশন সিঁদুরের প্রভাব পড়েছিল সরাসরি পাকিস্তানের অর্থনীতিতে। ভারতের সাথে সংঘাতে জড়াতে গিয়ে বহু বাণিজ্যিক জাহাজ হারিয়েছে তারা। এমন অনেক জাহাজ পাকিস্তানে যাচ্ছিল না। যার জেরে পশ্চিমের দেশের অর্থনীতি ব্যাপক চাপের মুখে পড়ে যায়।” মঙ্গলবার সবশেষে এক প্রকার পাকিস্তানের মতো বিরোধীদের সামনে রেখেই নৌ বাহিনীর প্রধান বলেছিলেন, “যেখানে যখন প্রয়োজন হবে দেশের স্বার্থে পৌঁছে যাবে ভারতীয় নৌসেনা।”

উল্লেখ্য, ফ্রান্সের সাথে 63,000 কোটির চুক্তির অধীনে ভারত যে 26টি রাফাল পাচ্ছে তার মধ্যে অন্তত 22টি রাফাল যুদ্ধবিমান এক আসন বিশিষ্ট। এছাড়া বাকি চারটি যুদ্ধবিমানে দুটি করে আসন রয়েছে। একাধিক রিপোর্ট অনুযায়ী, 2028 থেকে 2030 সালের মধ্যে ভারতকে চুক্তির অনুযায়ী 26টি রাফাল যুদ্ধবিমান সরবরাহের কাজ শেষ করবে ফ্রান্স।
