- সর্বপ্রথম https://www.ireps.gov.in/ অফিশিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটে ভিজিট করুন।
- এরপর সেখানে টেন্ডার অপশন পাবেন। সেখানে ক্লিক করতে হবে।
- সেখান থেকে ফর্ম ডাউনলোড করেই আবেদন করতে হয়।
আসলে প্ল্যাটফর্মে দোকান বসানোর জন্য রেল টেন্ডার বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করে। তখন টেন্ডার ডকুমেন্ট ডাউনলোড করে প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্টস সহ আবেদন করতে হয়। অনলাইন বা অফলাইন দু’ভাবেই আবেদন করা যায়। আর সেখানে আবেদন ফিও দরকার পড়ে।
কত টাকা জমা করতে হয়?
আসলে এরকম কোনও নির্দিষ্ট লিমিট নেই। রেলের তরফ থেকে স্পষ্ট ভাবে জানানো হয়েছে, স্টেশনের অবস্থান, প্ল্যাটফর্মের গুরুত্ব আর যাত্রী সংখ্যা বিবেচনা করেই এই ফি ধার্য করা হয়। তবে সাধারণভাবে একটি চা, কফি, খাবার বা বইয়ের দোকানের জন্য আনুমানিক ৫০,০০০ টাকা রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি শুরু হয়। এছাড়া অতিরিক্ত সিকিউরিটি ডিপোজিট, মাসিক ভাড়া, লাইসেন্স ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি দরকার পড়ে।
কী কী ডকুমেন্ট দরকার?
প্ল্যাটফর্মে দোকান বসানোর লাইসেন্স এর জন্য যে ডকুমেন্টগুলো দরকার পড়ে সেগুলি হল—
- যিনি দোকান দিতে চান তার আধার কার্ড,
- প্যান কার্ড,
- নূন্যতম ছয় মাসের ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট,
- গত কয়েক বছরের আইটিআর ডকুমেন্ট,
- অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবসায়িক ডকুমেন্ট।

উল্লেখ্য, প্ল্যাটফর্মে দোকান দিতে গেলে তাঁকে অবশ্যই নাগরিক হতে হবে এবং ১৮ বছরের বেশি বয়স হতে হবে, এবং পুলিশ কেস থাকা চলবে না। আর অবৈধভাবে দোকান দিলে রেলের তরফ থেকে উচ্ছেদ করে দেওয়া হবে বলেই জানানো হয়েছে।
