বিক্রম ব্যানার্জী, কলকাতা: ধন সম্পদ বাড়াতে মরিয়া ভারতীয় শিল্পপতি মুকেশ আম্বানি (Mukesh Ambani)। এদিকে পশ্চিম এশিয়ায় সংঘাতের কারণে গোটা বিশ্বজুড়ে জ্বালানি সরবরাহে তৈরি হয়েছে অনিশ্চয়তা। আর সেই সুযোগকে কাজে লাগিয়েই জ্বালানি সরবরাহের ক্ষেত্রে কৌশল বদল করেছে আম্বানির রিলায়েন্স ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ (Reliance Industries)। সংস্থাটি আফ্রিকা থেকে শুরু করে ইউরোপ, এমনকি অস্ট্রেলিয়ার বাজারেও জ্বালানি সরবরাহ বাড়াচ্ছে। এর ফলে সংশ্লিষ্ট আন্তর্জাতিক বাজারগুলিতে রিলায়েন্সের অংশীদারিত্ব প্রায় 50 শতাংশ বেড়েছে।

জ্বালানি রপ্তানি বাড়িয়েছে রিলায়েন্স

ইকোনমিক টাইমসের প্রতিবেদন অনুযায়ী, মুকেশ আম্বানির রিলায়েন্স ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজের সেপ্টেম্বর ত্রৈমাসিকের আর্থিক রিপোর্ট অনুসারে, পূর্ব ও দক্ষিণ আফ্রিকা, ভূমধ্যসাগরীয় অঞ্চল এবং ইউরোপের বিভিন্ন বাজারে জ্বালানি রপ্তানি বাড়িয়েছে রিলায়েন্স। শুধু তাই নয়, অস্ট্রেলিয়া, কেনিয়া ও তানজানিয়াতেও উন্নত মানের পেট্রোলের নতুন বাজার খুলছে তারা। এর পাশাপাশি ভূমধ্যসাগরীয় অঞ্চলে ডিজেল এবং বিমান চলাচলের জন্য ব্যবহৃত জ্বালানি ATF এর সরবরাহ বাড়ানো হচ্ছে সংস্থাটির তরফে।

কয়েকটি রিপোর্ট বলছে, এই প্রথমবারের মতো দক্ষিণ আফ্রিকায় কম সালফারযুক্ত বিমানের জ্বালানি পাঠিয়েছে রিলায়েন্স। এমতাবস্থায়, রিলায়েন্সের Oil-to-Chemicals ব্যবসাতেও এসেছে বড় সাফল্য। চলতি আর্থিক বছরের দ্বিতীয় ত্রৈমাসিকে এই সংস্থাটির EBITDA এক ধাক্কায় 68 শতাংশ বেড়ে 25,203 টাকায় পৌঁছে গিয়েছিল। এখানেই শেষ নয়, এই ব্যবসা থেকেই সংস্থাটির আয় 44 শতাংশ বেড়ে হয়েছে প্রায় 2 লাখ 32 কোটি টাকা।

বলাই বাহুল্য, ইরান এবং আমেরিকার মধ্যে সমস্যা এবং মধ্যপ্রাচ্যে ক্রমাগত সংঘাতের কারণে বন্ধ হয়েছে হরমুজ প্রণালী। যার জেরে বিশ্ববাজারে টান পড়েছে জ্বালানিতে। এছাড়াও বিভিন্ন দেশেরই রিফাইনারি বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়া এবং জ্বালানির মজুত কমে যাওয়ার কারণে বাজারে পরিশোধিত জ্বালানি সরবরাহে ঘাটতি দেখা দিয়েছে। আর সেই সুযোগটাকেই ভালভাবে কাজে লাগাচ্ছে ভারতীয় সংস্থা রিলায়েন্স।

প্রসঙ্গত, সম্প্রতি আন্তর্জাতিক বাজারে তেল সরবরাহের সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য জ্বালানি আমদানির উৎসে বদল এনেছে রিলায়েন্স ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ। বর্তমানে খরচ সামাল দিতে 20টির বেশি জাহাজকে কাজে লাগাচ্ছে আম্বানির সংস্থা। সর্বসাকুল্যে এই মুহূর্তে পরিশোধিত এবং অপরিশোধিত জ্বালানি সরবরাহের জন্য মোট 25টি জাহাজ ব্যবহার করছে রিলায়েন্স ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ। সবমিলিয়ে, বিশ্ববজারের অস্থির পরিস্থিতিকে কাজে লাগিয়ে আর্থিক মুনাফা অর্জন করতে চাইছে আম্বানি গোষ্ঠী।
