ফ্লিপকার্ট ও ডাক বিভাগের এই চুক্তির শর্তগুলি 

১. ফ্লিপকার্ট প্রত্যন্ত ও অনুন্নত অঞ্চল সহ শহর, মফঃস্বল এবং গ্রামীণ এলাকা – সর্বত্রই পার্সেল ডেলিভারি পরিষেবার জন্য ইন্ডিয়া পোস্টের বিস্তৃত নেটওয়ার্ক ব্যবহার করবে।

২. ডাকবিভাগ যে পরিষেবাগুলি দেবে, তার মধ্যে রয়েছে – আগে থেকে পেমেন্ট করা বা প্রি-পেইড (Pre-Paid) এবং ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) পার্সেল সরবরাহ, ওটিপি (OTP)-ভিত্তিক ডেলিভারি ভেরিফিকেশন এবং রিয়েল-টাইম শিপমেন্ট ট্র্যাকিং।
