কীভাবে প্রতিবন্ধী কার্ডের জন্য আবেদন করবেন?

প্রথমেই বলে রাখি, ভারতীয় রেলের প্রতিবন্ধী কার্ড পেতে হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট জেলা মেডিকেল কলেজ বা হাসপাতাল থেকে প্রতিবন্ধী শংসাপত্র বা সার্টিফিকেট তুলে নিতে হবে। এছাড়াও পশ্চিম মধ্য রেলের অধীনস্থ হাসপাতাল থেকে রেলের তরফে ইস্যু করা ছাড়পত্র নিতে হবে। সঙ্গে রাখতে হবে আধার কার্ড, জন্ম শংসাপত্র বা বার্থ সার্টিফিকেট এবং একটি পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ছবি।

অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে চাইলে প্রথমেই divyangjanid.indianrail.gov.in পোর্টালে গিয়ে সেখান থেকে নিজের মোবাইল নম্বর এবং OTP দিয়ে লগইন করে নিন। এরপর আপনি যোগ্য হলে নিজের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য এবং ডকুমেন্ট আপলোড করে সাবমিট করতে পারবেন। আপনার সমস্ত তথ্য এবং ডকুমেন্ট যাচাই করার পরই আপনাকে প্রতিবন্ধী কার্ড দেবে রেল।
